What we collect

When you fill out the form, we collect:

• Your name, role, email address, and phone number
• Your business name, street address, mailing address, and business hours
• Your business category, tags, one-line summary, and description
• Your business phone, email, website, menu, booking, social media, and video links
• Business details such as parking, dress code, price, and noise level
• Photos and a logo you upload
• How you heard about us, and your confirmation that you have the right to share your photos and video

Where it is stored

Your answers are stored in Google Sheets, and your photos and logo are stored in Google Drive, in accounts controlled by 850 In The Know. Google handles that data under its own terms. Photos are resized in your browser before they are uploaded.

How we use it

• To review your request and build your business listing
• To contact you about your listing, your photos, and our launch
• To show your business information, photos, and videos on our website and social media channels

What is public and what is private

Your business name, address, hours, description, links, photos, video, and the business phone and email you enter in the Contact and Links step may be shown publicly on your listing. The personal contact details you enter in the first step (your name, role, email, and phone) are private. We use them only to reach you.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the site, such as Google and our website host, and when the law requires it.

Removal and your choices

You can ask us at any time to remove your listing, your photos, or your information. Email hello@850intheknow.com and we will take care of it as quickly as we can.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
